Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ΒΌ tsp salt (to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Method

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar2 tbsp apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard1 tbsp Dijon mustard until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the minced garlic1 clove garlic (minced) and whisk to incorporate.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil3 tbsp olive oil while whisking vigorously to create a creamy emulsion.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
