Ingredients
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)

Method

- Add the minced garlic1 clove garlic (minced) and whisk to incorporate.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil3 tbsp olive oil while whisking vigorously to create a creamy emulsion.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
